Legal Triumph:
In a recent legal triumph, Attorney Chris Bucio successfully represented a client facing a community control violation in Auglaize County, revocation from two felony counts three charges, including abduction and felonious assault, stemming from a previous case where we provided legal counsel.
The accusations were grave – illegal firearm possession and discharging 19 rounds following a domestic dispute. The looming threat of a 6-year jail sentence hung over our client. However, through meticulous mitigation, we unveiled a crucial factor: our client was grappling with a mental health issue during the incident.
Under cross-examination, we exposed critical oversights by the probation officer. Shockingly, she had neglected to review any of our client's medical records and failed to conduct essential drug tests. These revelations played a pivotal role in our defense strategy.
Our unwavering efforts bore fruit as the Judge, swayed by the evidence presented, made the decision to keep our client on probation. This case exemplifies the importance of thorough legal representation, diligent mitigation, and the pursuit of justice.

The remaining four charges, involving OVI, resulted in our client being placed on community control.
