Mr. Matthews was charged with Aggravated Murder of an 87 year-old man whom he allegedly did landscape for. After a three week long trial that encompassed 38 witnesses and over 1,000 exhibits. Mr. Bucio and Mr. Villegas secured a not guilty verdict for Aggravated Murder and 1st Degree Murder.
